1. General Information
Bruchi Tours is a Sri Lanka-based travel and tour company that provides customized travel experiences, transportation, accommodation arrangements, and related services for tourists. All services are subject to availability and confirmation.
2. Eligibility
To book services with Bruchi Tours, you must:

3. Booking & Payment

A deposit may be required to confirm a tour booking.

Full payment is generally required prior to tour commencement unless otherwise agreed.

All prices are listed in USD (or LKR upon request) and include applicable taxes unless noted otherwise.
4. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations made 14 days or more before the tour date are eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations made 7–13 days prior may receive a 50% refund.

Cancellations made within 6 days of the tour are non-refundable.

No refunds will be given for unused services or no-shows.
5. Changes to Itineraries
We reserve the right to modify or cancel any part of an itinerary due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather conditions, political unrest, road closures, or health and safety concerns). In such cases, we will provide the best possible alternative or refund any unused portion of the tour.
6. Travel Documents & Insurance
Guests are responsible for ensuring they possess valid passports, visas, and any required travel documents. Bruchi Tours strongly recommends travel insurance for medical, trip cancellation, and personal liability coverage.

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently block users who violate these terms.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Sri Lankan courts.
